SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview:

Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Business Process Improvement and Automation SME to lead a government office’s efforts to improve data quality and decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, assess, and document processes and procedures
• Develop, assess, document, and implement automation capabilities for processes and procedures.
• Develop courses of action for automation capabilities
• Develop and implement processes and automation tools to enhance efficiency, data quality, and decision making.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Demonstrated experience leading large process improvement efforts
• Experience working with Department of Defense clients
• Understanding of Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices in project management
• Experience leading teams and working on teams to include facilitating groups towards common desired outcomes

EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field with 10 or more years of related experience.
