Position Overview:

• Provide technical leadership to a team of Technologist in the following disciplines.
  • IT Systems Roadmap development and integration.
  • IT Systems architectures, analysis, and development.
  • Systems engineering (including integration/interface expertise).
  • Evaluation of emerging technologies and IT Services.
  • Integration and evaluation of security controls, operations, and process.
  • Infrastructure architecture and design.
  • Cloud Services (e.g., Multi Cloud Services and technologies).
  • Network, Voice, Video, Data, and Cellular.
  • Mobile services design, integration, and deployment.
  • Field Office design, integration, and deployment.
• Oversee the installation of operating systems, network systems, software, and hardware
• Monitor system operations to detect potential problems
• Provide technical direction and guidance to team members
• Provide quality assurance review of new and existing software products
• Provide runbook support, business trends analysis, and tracking of technical statuses and readiness

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills managing technical teams
• Previous experience in computer engineering, architecture, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer related field from an accredited institution
• Eleven (11) years of demonstrated experience leading technical teams in the areas identified above
• Ability to Obtain US Public Trust
