SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Performance Management Analyst will support the Office of the Director of Administration and Management’s (ODA&M), Performance Improvement Directorate (PID) in the execution of their mission to provide advice and assistance to the Secretary of Defense and Deputy Secretary of Defense on strategic performance planning, measurement, analysis, regular assessment of progress, and use of performance information to drive improvements to support DoD goals and mission. This position will support the PID’s role in conducting recurring reviews of all the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Agencies and DoD Field Activities (DAFAs) with thorough research and analysis, data analytics, and technical writing. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to research, organize data, write, and edit official documents. This position requires familiarity with DoD organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving direction.

Master's degree preferred. Demonstrated skills and experience to provide executive level project and program support required based on description above. More than eight (8) years’ work experience preferred.
