OPPORTUNITY:

Operations Directorate Personnel Recovery Support: ANSER is seeking Personnel Recovery (PR) analysts with at least 5 years of experience supporting U.S. efforts across the US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) area of responsibility (AOR).

Support for the Operations Directorate: ANSER is seeking qualified candidates with the expertise to support all aspects of SOF PR to include the application of current US doctrine, PR training and exercises, and response to isolating incidents to Security Cooperation Office (SCOs), Senior Defense Official (SDOs), Joint Task Force (JTFs), or Country Teams.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Validated/Certified Spanish Language Proficiency
• SOUTHCOM AOR and extensive SOF experience as part of or in addition to 5+ years of PR experience
• Strong interpersonal/social skills; proven staff officer/contractor support excellence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in staffing, communication, and coordination efforts across commands, services, and/or CCMD staffs is preferred

EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of SOUTHCOM AOR experience
• 5+ years of PR experience
• A bachelor’s degree or higher, or an associate’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
