Job Description
We are seeking an AIRC Program Management Lead supporting the Acquisition Policy & Innovation Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition and Sustainment) (OUSD(A&S)). In this pivotal role, you will provide critical administrative and management support to the Director of the Acquisition Innovation Research Center (AIRC), overseeing an annual mission valued at approximately $5M.
In addition to these core duties, you will:
Ideal candidates will possess strong program management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in utilizing various software tools including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Program Management Experience
Understanding of UARC and FFRDC Management
Able to effectively brief Flag Officers, General Officers, Senior Executive Service members
At least two years experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Explorer, Edge, SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional, A&S Intranet and SharePoint sites, DoD Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
Experience developing and maintaining SOPs
