Position Summary:

ANSER is seeking a Senior Workforce Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help with the development, implementation, and administration of a cyber workforce program. The ideal candidate will have experience developing human capital management and/or workforce development strategies and program metrics.

Day to day activities may include:

  • Assisting with the implementation of workforce-wide development opportunities
  • Identifying and leveraging lessons learned to improve the program
  • Supporting development of a workforce strategy
  • Developing and implementing processes to track progress towards meeting program goals.
  • Working with stakeholder to advance the program’s vision and goals

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Master's degree.
  • 15 years' progressive experience supporting defense agencies and/or military with workforce planning, analysis, or strategy. Will consider additional two years' experience with Bachelors degree.
  • Prior experience in program management, project management including tracking project or program performance and deliverables.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience presenting technical or complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience writing briefing documents, white papers or narratives.
