JOB DESCRIPTION:

ANSER is seeking a Senior Personnel Specialist to provide Executive Support for the Special Operations Policy Oversight Committee for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD) Special Operations Low-Intensity Conflict (SO/LIC).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • 5 years of experience with federal civilian human resource management at the OSD Service or installation level
  • 2 or more years drafting or classifying federal civilian position descriptions
  • 5 years of experience with preparation of written products for senior leaders (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level/installation commanders) in a federal civilian resource management advisory capacity
  • Expert level technical knowledge of and experience with DoD or other federal civilian hiring processes
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree preferred
