SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

ANSER is seeking a Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAMS) Analyst to support technical analyses, assessments and recommendations for ICAM policy implementation. In this key role you will provide high-quality technical support with detailed analyses and strategic recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct evaluations of existing ICAM technical approaches
  • Evaluate and establish ICAM program governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms
  • Conduct risk management assessments of critical assets and develop strategies for protection
  • Provide support in developing business cases, resource planning, budget justifications and other documents in support of Identity Management programs
  • Develop white papers, reports and other communications to articulate access control rules and issues
  • Develop and operationalize program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms in support of Identity Management Programs
  • Review adherence to PKI policy
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly in the preparation of background papers, research and engineering assessments, and policy issues

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field and 5 years of related, relevant experience

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Top Secret/SCI clearance required at date of hire
  • Experience writing and presenting technical analyses and assessments
  • Understanding of attribute-based access control
  • Demonstrated ability to produce written deliverables of quality sufficient to support senior decision making and in a timely manner
  • Experience working with/on OSD, Joint Staff, or Service level staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of various technologies
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook
  • A track record of following through on commitments
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
